Please note that consumer laws vary by country, and this policy is designed to comply with the regulations applicable to our customers in the United States, as well as our international customers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Warranty Overview
- Warranty starts on the date of purchase.
- A product is defective when such a product has a defect in workmanship or material that causes the product not to be able to operate in accordance with the specifications as provided by Mibro.
Pre-Order and Backorder Items
- For pre-order or backorder items, the return window begins from the date the item is shipped and delivered to you, not from the date of order placement. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are displayed on the product page and are subject to change. If a pre-order item is delayed, we will notify you via email and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
- If you wish to return a pre-order item after receiving it, the standard 14-day return window applies from the delivery date. Pre-order deposits are non-refundable unless the item is cancelled by Mibro or the estimated ship date is delayed by more than 30 days.
1. Right to Withdrawal
We want you to love your Mibro product. If you change your mind for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund of the product cost.
Please contact customer service once the item is delivered to the warehouse so the refund process will start.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Mibro refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Note: If there is a problem with the product you purchased and apply for a return for a refund, please ensure that the gift is in good condition and returned together. If the gift cannot be returned due to the buyer's reasons, or is damaged or lost during the return, the seller shall not refuse the return of the transaction product, but the corresponding price can be deducted from the transaction payment according to the gift value.
2. Notification of Withdrawal

Please note that the actual return address will be provided in your return shipping authorization email. Do not ship returns to any address without first obtaining a return authorization. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
3. Return Process
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as proof of return.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Order number from online purchases made through Mibro.
- Buyer must provide clear photos containing: Outer package with SKU label; Outer package with waybill information; Product quantity or defective product photos.
Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with a replacement or refund if the information is incomplete.
Refund requests for the 14-day money-back guarantee expire 14 days after starting a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 14-day window. For purchases not made directly through Mibro's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
4. Refunds
Prompt Refund (FTC Compliance)
In accordance with FTC regulations, when you request a refund for a returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. If we are unable to process your refund within this timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and provide an estimated processing date. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 business days, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
- Standard shipping costs will be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. Additional costs incurred for express shipping or non-standard services are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
Please note that certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to their nature, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made products, and sealed audio or video recordings opened by the consumer.
6. Warranty and Defective Products
For goods deemed defective or not as described, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with statutory warranty provisions.

Process:
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Mibro must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
- The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
- For defective items that Mibro needs has returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Mibro or if the defective item is not returned.

- Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).
Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer's accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Mibro quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Mibro is not liable for:
- Loss of data incurred from the use of Mibro products
- Returning personal items sent to Mibro
